Fluenty Is Live: The Widget Platform Retell AI Needed

Building an agent on Retell AI takes an afternoon. Putting it on your site used to take 5 weeks. That is why I built Fluenty. Today it ships in hospitality, agencies, and restaurants across three regions.

Fluenty Is Live

It’s not a chatbot. It’s not Intercom. It’s the deployment layer that was missing between your AI agent and your website.

We launched Fluenty in February. Today it’s live in hotels, AI agencies, and apps across North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America.

On a Tuesday in November I finished the fourth custom deployment of a Retell agent for another customer. Same widget. Same dashboard. Same lead capture. I closed the laptop and understood that this shouldn’t be happening four times.

That night Fluenty began.

TL;DR

→ Launched Fluenty in February 2026 → 20 active customers across hospitality, AI agencies, restaurants and retail → Coverage: North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America → Thesis: building the Retell agent takes an afternoon. The frontend took 5 weeks. That’s Fluenty.

The real gap

If you’ve ever built an agent on Retell AI, you know the exact frustration:

“Building an agent on Retell takes an afternoon. Building the frontend takes 5+ weeks.”

That’s from Fluenty’s own copy. And it’s the operational truth that half the internet lives without naming.

  • Design the chat widget from scratch (40+ hours)
  • Voice in the browser that works on mobile (60+ hours)
  • Build the analytics dashboard (40+ hours)
  • Per-channel hours and lead capture (40+ hours)
  • Multi-language, integrations and security (40+ hours)
  • Maintenance. Forever.
  • 1. Connect your Agent ID
  • 2. Configure from the dashboard
  • 3. Paste a script tag on your site
  • Three steps. Five minutes.

What Fluenty is

The widget platform for Retell AI. Its own category. Not a commodity.

Real-time chat that actually works

Streaming responses. Instant load. The chat experience your customer expects — without writing a single line of frontend.

Voice without the WebRTC nightmare

Browser-based calls that work on desktop and mobile. No downloads, no plugins, no config. Click and talk.

One dashboard, all your widgets

Sessions, funnels, traffic, leads, webhooks. 8 real-time KPIs and a 6-event funnel — no extra setup.

Fast enough for real conversation

Sub-second response times. Real-time streaming. No spinners, no lag, no “AI is thinking…”.

Who’s using it

Four customers are on Fluenty’s public page today:

Behind those, 16 more aren’t on the public “Trusted By” yet — some under NDA, others because the page hasn’t caught up.

Real geography: Canada, St. Maarten, Curaçao, Mexico. North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America.

How it closes the January promise

In January I wrote that I was going to build Fluenty, and I promised “beta soon, metrics and pricing to come.”

Here’s what happened:

  • The closed beta never existed. The day the product held real traffic without falling over, I opened the door.
  • The widget hardened with each new customer. What piloted the early version is not what runs today.
  • Independent product, compatible with Retell AI. Each one in its lane: Retell handles conversations, Fluenty handles deployment.
  • Simple, transparent pricing. 7-day free trial, per-widget plans. No surprises.

Three steps. Five minutes. — operational, not marketing.

Why it matters beyond the product

The next wave of software will live between your model and your customer. That last meter —the button on the site, the voice that answers, the schedule that decides when the agent replies, the report that lands in the owner’s inbox on Monday— is still human construction.

That’s what we’re building. Every AI agent that ends up serving a real person passes through something someone built. This time it’s us.

For you

  1. If you build agents on Retell AI — Fluenty is the piece you were missing. Try it or email me.
  2. If you run a business with web traffic — deployment takes an afternoon. The conversation that starts it takes 15 minutes.
  3. If you want to see Fluenty running in production — open Royal Sea Aquarium Resort or read the case study with real 3-month numbers.

The next case study is Royal Resorts Caribbean, Fluenty’s first customer: three months, two islands, nearly 50K views, more than 40% of chat before 7am. Read it here.
